mp3 download, ipod accessories

I am seriously considering asking for an iPod for Christmas this year. I have been looking all over my house and in my car for a Christmas CD that I created from MP3 downloads last year, and I have no idea where it has gotten off to. It had a bunch of my favorite songs on it, and I will now have to do another MP3 download to recover them. If I had an iPod, I could easily listen to them right now.

Another benefit to having the iPod? It's a space saver! I have so many CDs now. I would love to be able to transfer them to MP3 format in order to make room for other things on my shelves.

Lastly? I live in the country again, and I have rediscovered the joys of taking a brisk walk for daily exercise. I have always enjoyed walking to music, and the iPod would be a perfect exercise tool.

So, I am asking Santa for an iPod, a docking station, and iPod accessories (like a car converter) for Christmas this year. This way, when I am deeply desiring to listen to the songs that I downloaded last year, I can easily find them. They'll be in my iPod!
