CD Players: Technology of Mom's Era |

As a mother, I am surprised to watch as technology develops. Since music is one of my passions, I have enjoyed some of these advances more than others. When I was a kid, my most popular music format was the cassette tape. I had lots of them. As college neared its end for me, CDs were beginning to come into play. I don't know about you, but I have trouble thinking up projects to do with my kids in the summertime! I was doing some searching on the internet and I came across this really cool idea on how to make CD players out of an old CD Rom drive from a discarded computer you may have laying around.
